The Artemis 2 spaceship will splash down about 120 miles south of Malibu tomorrow night.

The moon orbiter will land in the ocean at 5:07 p.m. Pacific time. A Navy ship from San Diego, the amphibious warship USS John P. Murtha, will be on station to welcome the four Artemis II astronauts.

The 684-foot Murtha is typically used to transport Marines.

The lunar mission will enter the Earth's atmosphere from the direction of Hawaii, meaning we will not get to hear or see anything except on the feeds.
