The traffic lights appear to be working on Pacific Coast Highway. Caltrans crews were out late Thursday night hooking up the generators that have been purchased and set out by the city of Malibu.
The city is also bringing in a cell phone switching antenna to further cell phone coverage in areas where it's blacked out.
Southern California Edison is setting up a community resource center where you can take your devices, your computers and your phones to charge them and use the Wi-Fi, at Bluffs Park.
