SpaceX plans to try again to launch a two-stage rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base up the coast. This rocket launch would be at 12:54 a.m. Wednesday, just after midnight Tuesday night. The mission was supposed to happen Tuesday morning but was scrubbed for an unknown reason.
SpaceX will be launching missile number 67 from Vandenberg. That's way above the Coastal Commission's limit of 50, but Vandenberg and SpaceX are basically thumbing their nose at the local government.
